You plan your wedding once; we do weddings every weekend. We’ll share our wisdom with you (because we’ve learned a lot over the years) while always giving you the final say. Bill will start you on your planning journey. Bill will lay out the road to wedding day success, and help you avoid common pitfalls. You will have at least two in-depth planning meetings with your hand-picked DJ/MC will be be your guru to May you day to perfection.
During these meetings, you’ll get to know your DJ, and they will get to know you! Our goal is to capture the essence of your love story in order to make your wedding day uniquely yours.
Chances are, you’ve been to a wedding where the music has been too loud or too harsh. Maybe you’ve been to weddings where the toasts were nearly impossible to hear. At Events 412, we utilize high end line-array sound systems with subwoofers, which means that our systems can cover medium to large reception areas easily without overpowering guest conversation. Even Grandma will be able to hear the speeches, and your friends will love the fullness on the dance floor. All sound equipment is included in everyone of our packages.
Included in every wedding package, our top-of-the-line dance floor lighting will transform your dance floor from an empty space to party haven. Our lighting syncs to the beat of the music, washing the dance floor with beautiful colors without overpowering the room. Kid and adult approved.
Every Events 412 DJ will combine your favorite songs with hot beats and seamless transitions, giving your guests an unforgettable dance floor experience. Our DJs know exactly where to start a song and when to move on, and will work hard to ensure all your “Must Plays” make it to the floor (and all your “Do Not Plays” stay at home).
Maybe you’re like us, and would rather not track down an envelope and a stamp. Our booking and planning process takes place entirely online, so you can access it from anywhere. From initial contract to final planning guides, everything is easily accessible and editable (we think that’s a word) from your laptop, tablet, or phone. Of course, if you’d prefer to print, that’s always an option.
You may be looking for how many hours of coverage are included in an Events 412 wedding. But the beautiful part is, our packages aren’t based on hours. We’re focused on creating amazing wedding days! Our reception package starts with cocktail hour and extends until the end of your reception (or midnight- whichever comes first). Our ceremony addition starts with 30 minutes of prelude music before your ceremony. We’ll provide a microphone for your officiant, and a full sound system to bring you down the aisle (and back again) to the soundtrack of your day.
